Real Media UK, a division of 24/7 Real Media, Inc., the only gateway to the total spectrum of interactive marketing and technology solutions for online marketers and publishers, today announced that NTL Home, the UK's leading broadband Internet services provider and fourth largest ISP, has signed an agreement to license Real Media's Insight XE Web analytics solution for its innovative new broadband content service, Broadband Plus, Insight XE is 24/7 Real Media's proprietary Web analytics solution that helps organizations measure, analyze and understand the behavior of their site visitors in real time, in the language of their business, not in the language of their Web server.
NTL explained that NTL Home selected the Insight XE analytics solution to enable it to record clickstream data on the Broadband Plus website and to analyze behavioral pattern information across the site. In particular, Insight XE makes it possible for NTL to optimize its offering based on how visitors react to particular content depending on its location on the page, how long it has appeared on the site, and which partner supplied the content, as well as other criteria.
