OC3 Networks will begin merging Tear 2's operations into OC3 Networks; customers will be unaffected by the acquisition.

OC3 Networks & Web Solutions, LLC, a provider of Internet services announced this week that it has acquired Tear 2, LLC, a hosting company, geared towards the online adult entertainment industry.
 
OC3 Networks will begin merging Tear 2's operations into OC3 Networks. Aside from a few non-technical changes, such as billing and payment methods, customers will be unaffected by the acquisition.
