Panopta, a provider of monitoring and outage management tools, today announced the public launch of three different partnership programs, with the goal of providing an easy-to-integrate monitoring service to a wide range of service providers. The company claims that its advanced server monitoring and outage management service allows system administrators, IT managers and others responsible for managing an online presence to get informed immediately about any service disruptions and provides tools to help teams resolve problems faster. The company explains that the programs include:

Customer Referral Program: Partners send prospective customers to Panopta in exchange for a portion of the revenue that these customers generate. No ongoing effort needed on partner's part beyond marketing.

Co-branded Partnership: Customers see the standard Panopta interfaces with the addition of the partner's branding information and custom packaging options.

White Label Partnership: The company's entire infrastructure is branded and integrated with the partner's existing offerings. Provides flexibility in terms of how to package, price and present the monitoring service.

The company adds that both the co-branded and white label partnership programs offer full access to the Panopta Partner API, which provides support for automatic customer account creation, suspension and deletion, monitoring configuration and single sign-on integration to existing control panels, which allows partners to embed monitoring functionality into existing web interfaces.
