Peer 1 Network Enterprises, Inc., a provider of Internet infrastructure, recently announced the election of its directors, for the year to come, at its annual general meeting.

The shareholders of the company elected Mark Benham, Michael Cytrynbaum, Werner K. Paulus, Scott Shaw, Chris Theodoropoulos and Lance Tracey as directors of the company for the coming year.

Recently, the company also announced the strengthening of its executive management team by appointing Fabio M. Banducci as Executive Vice President.
