Profitability.net, a managed services and data center services provider, has acquired Cincinnati-based CNSGroup LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary DataSuites LLC.

DataSuites provides private data center for some of the Tri-state's largest public companies. According to the company, the acquisition provides Profitability.net with an existing 11,000 sq.ft. data center and 12,000 sq.ft. of expansion space.

The DataSuites facility was engineered with multiple levels of security, backup power via a UPS and diesel generator with a 5,000 gallon fuel reserve, HVAC systems, fire suppression, and located in proximity to fiber routes of several major carriers.
