Technology Partner Program allows vendors to bring products to market and gain exposure to customers.

R1Soft, a developer of Continuous Data Protection products for Linux and Windows, today announced that it has joined the Novell Technology Partner Program, an opportunity for independent software vendors to tap into Novell's growing customer base and network of channel partners.

The company states that leveraging Novell's brand and go-to-market infrastructure, the Technology Partners Program allows qualified vendors to bring products to market quickly and gain greater exposure to a wide variety of customers. It also states that as a Novell Ready Partner, it will work with Novell to bring the first Continuous Data Protection solution to Novell's enterprise Linux customers.

''Our CDP software is protecting data on over 90,000 mission critical Windows and Linux servers around the world and offers a night and day improvement in backup performance over existing backup software.
