Legal Veteran, Alan Schoenbaum, with more than 20 years of experience, will serve as a collaborative partner on the executive team.

Rackspace Managed Hosting, a hosting service provider, recently announced that it has expanded its leadership team by naming Alan Schoenbaum as General Counsel.

Schoenbaum has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and securities law representing growth companies. He will serve as a collaborative partner on the executive team to lead all the company's legal functions. Prior to Rackspace, Schoenbaum served as a partner in the San Antonio office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he was named to the 2005-2006 edition of 'The Best Lawyers in America', the definitive guide to legal excellence in the US.
