Mr. Kutscher comes to Register.com as new CEO from Dun and Bradstreet, where he served as Senior VP and General Manager of the Small Business Group.
Register.com, a domain name registration and Internet services firm, has named Larry Kutscher, as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kutscher has distinguished himself as a builder of online businesses that profitably reach huge numbers of small to medium sized organizations. Prior to his position at Dun and Bradstreet, Mr. Kutscher served as Managing Director of Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs and Co., and spent twelve years at American Express where his last position was as Senior Vice President of Interactive Enterprise Development. Mr. Kutscher holds a political science degree from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
During his tenure at Dun and Bradstreet, Kutscher helped grow and build many Internet-enabled businesses, including the acquisition and development of Hoover's. He was a member of Dun and Bradstreet's Global Leadership Team since joining in 2001, says the company.
