Register.com Returns to Compliance with Nasdaq

Company's ticker symbol will be restored to RCOM as of the opening of trading on Thursday, June 9, 2005.

Register.com, Inc., a provider of domain name registration and Internet services, yesterday announced that it received notification from Nasdaq stating that the Company has returned to compliance with Nasdaq marketplace regulations.

The company will remain listed on Nasdaq as a result of the Company's Form 10-Q filing for the quarter ended March 31, 2005. Accordingly, the Company's ticker symbol will be restored to RCOM as of the opening of trading on Thursday, June 9, 2005.
