Rodopi Software announced today integrated support for private-label email and web hosting services offered by Hostopia.com Inc. A new modular service package automates provisioning, billing, and customer care functions in a fully web enabled environment. The newly integrated services will enable the customers of both companies to seamlessly combine Hostopia's award-winning hosting services with the flexibility and cost effectiveness of Rodopi's back office automation solution.
The Rodopi solution provides customers with the means to bundle Hostopia services with their own or other third party offerings, resulting in the ultimate in marketing flexibility and product differentiation. In addition, Rodopi simplifies the integration of new and existing third-party business and operations support systems, such as server management, payment processing and bandwidth management applications. The newly formed partnership between Rodopi Software and Hostopia was driven by the needs of existing and prospective customers, including web hosting and telecommunications provider, Inc21 Communications, in San Francisco, California. Inc21 will begin utilizing its Rodopi automated back office platform to manage its Hostopia's web hosting services by the end of this month.
"Rodopi and Hostopia share a common vision of a robust, full featured and affordable system to enable service providers to offer integrated service bundles," said Todd Benjamin, president and CEO of Rodopi Software. "The Rodopi OSS's service flexibility and ease-of-integration combined with Hostopia's reputation for robust and dependable services offer our customers an unbeatable alternative to costly internal development of products and operational infrastructure."
"In the increasingly competitive web hosting market, OSS and back office systems are highly strategic to service providers and are the key to efficient operations and superior service quality. Hostopia's excellent reputation within the service provider marketplace required a comprehensive automated billing and provisioning solution that was both affordable and user-friendly," said Franc Nemanic, president of Hostopia. "We found that Rodopi was the high value supplier that offers the functionality and flexibility our customers require at a price that fits their budget."
"When we were seeking web hosting service, we were pleased with Hostopia's dedication to growing businesses though their competitive pricing and outstanding system management capabilities," said Roy Lin, CEO of Inc21. "Combined with Rodopi's service integration capabilities and ease-of-use, Inc21 looks forward to an outstanding outsourced web hosting solution that expands with our business needs."
