Located in Ottawa/Canada, Sibername says that the new program will help participants earn substantial residual income from their referrals. The company claims that with this program, an agent can earn 40% agent commission from the sales generated by referrals. Agents will also earn 20% of the renewal payments made by their referrals. This will continue as many years as the referral renews their services. The offer is open to any service ordered during their account's life span with the company.

The program is also supported by several marketing materials, including a CD that helps register domain names and adding hosting accounts to domain names, says the company.
