SingleHop, a dedicated and managed web hosting provider, today announced the upcoming launch of a reseller program, Tandem. The company says that its Tandem reseller platform will lead the industry in extending all the power and capabilities of the data center to resellers and to the reseller's own clients. It explains that among Tandem's extensive benefits, resellers have access to a complete, white-labeled control panel system for their customers' use, as well as advanced control over all resold servers using its LEAP Webtop interface, which includes a live inventory feed, guaranteed availability, and auto provisioning and decommissioning of servers. Using Tandem, dedicated server resellers can finally achieve ultimate scalability, control, and flexibility in all their offerings.

The company further states that it has designed the Tandem program to be supported by an intelligent pricing system, including a discount scale, as well as a detailed marketing assistance program designed to maximize the server and data center information resellers can provide to their clients. It claims that the white-labeled control panel allows resellers the ability to provide their customers with direct access to their server(s), with many of the same capabilities that the reseller and data center have themselves.

The company avers that Tandem enables the reseller to fully customize the way their customers access their servers and support with the inclusion of design customization features. In addition to the capabilities of Tandem, its resellers will have access to all of its industry-leading server management technologies, including LEAP, LEAP mobile, LEAP widgets. It adds that the Tandem program will become available in early January 2010.
