Licensed to web hosting companies seeking a private label solution; provides an open template architecture and the encryption of email links.
siteMagix Inc., a provider of website creation software, today released 2.0 of siteZen which automatically creates Google Sitemaps and has a keyword density analyzer to help novices create search friendly web sites.
The site builder is licensed to web hosting companies who vouch for a private label solution for both novice and advanced hosting customers. The new 2.0 release also provides an open template architecture, the encryption of email links to prevent email harvesting from web sites, a completely revamped user interface that can be configured by the hosting company and a savable demo that lets a hosting company's prospects try before they buy. siteZen has been available since the start of 2005, runs on Linux based servers and integrates with popular web hosting control panels, claims the company.
"Creating search friendly web sites does not have to be difficult", explains Sam Elsamman, CEO. "A big part of it is writing good copy that emphasizes the keywords you expect users to search on and our keyword density analyzer makes this easy. Helping search engines help you by telling them about your web pages is also key; Google has created a standard for this called Sitemaps. Creating a Sitemap is beyond the skill sets of most users so we just do it for them."
