SmarterTools, Inc., an information technology-management software company, today announced the release of SmarterTrack 3.5. The company says that this product contains the features and functionality of a help desk, ticket system, live chat, cost analysis, data mining, knowledge base, and reporting software delivered within one elegant web interface.
It explains that this software includes the WhosOn feature giving businesses the ability to track customers as they navigate web sites in real-time and allows agents to invite users to live chats and also adds ticket and live chat distribution methods, Google mapping for live chat, etc.
