Spry, a web hosting provider, today announced that it has re-launched their brand VPSLink.
According to the company, VPSLink is designed for Linux power users. It allows clients to install up to seven different operating systems. It also allows DNS management, OS reinstall, support ticket creation and account upgrades. It allows you to install Gentoo, Ubuntu, Debian, Slackware, CentOS, Fedora and OpenSUSE. It also offers a community built WIKI, which has howtos and guides for common issues when setting up and administering your new VPSLink account.
Cameron Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Spry, describes VPSLink as "A world class VPS hosting service, with a superior network, superior hardware, and a friendly, intelligent, lively community of customers." VPSLink plans feature a minimalist installation, including GCC and SSHD. Jones noted that users will definitely need to be comfortable with the command line to take advantage of VPSLink.
