Cogent's service will now be available to order through a single source of contact at Switch and Data.

Switch and Data, a provider of Internet exchange and colocation services, yesterday announced that Cogent Communications Group, Inc., an Internet service provider, has been added as a new SingleCNXT-i partner.

Cogent's service availability in 20 Switch and Data data centers in North America is now available to order through a single source of contact at Switch and Data.

Switch and Data's SingleCNXT-i provides the efficiencies of access to multiple providers with the convenience of a single point of contact. With a diversity of carriers available in its data centers, the SingleCNXT-i service was designed specifically to meet the requirements of Internet-reliant companies seeking colocation and Internet access, the release said.
