Acquired assets and technology of ValueOf Software Technology, for an undisclosed amount, to establish SWsoft China.

SWsoft, a server automation and virtualization software, announced the acquisition of the assets and technology of ValueOf Software Technology Co. Ltd, for an undisclosed amount to establish SWsoft China.

SWsoft China, a wholly owned subsidiary will provide complete sales, support, localization and marketing support to its service provider customers in China.

"China represents one of the top hosting markets worldwide, and our dedicated team based in Beijing is now prepared to fully support its growth with SWsoft's complete server automation and virtualization solutions including Plesk, Virtuozzo, SiteBuilder, HSPcomplete and PEM," said Zhang Zili, CEO, SWsoft China.

"SWsoft China will continue to sell, develop and support  Prim@hosting, 3Biz and other existing ValuOf Software solutions and will benefit from the addition of our proven automation and virtualization solutions which will be fully localized, translated and locally supported," said Soeren von Varchmin, Managing Director of European and Asian Operations, SWsoft.
