Allows to centrally manage database servers with latest versions of Plesk control panel for Linux, UNIX or Windows.
SWsoft, a server automation and virtualization software company, today announced the release of Plesk Expand 2.0 in order to enable hosting providers with more powerful features to efficiently manage multiple Plesk servers from a single point.
According to SWsoft, the new Plesk Expand database management feature allows administrators to centrally manage MySQL, PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server database servers with the latest versions of the Plesk control panel for Linux, UNIX or Windows. Plesk Expand 2.0 features include new centralized DB, new multi-server clients, broader OS support, updated centralized DNS, improvements to centralized mail and centralized Windows mail servers. Plesk Expand 2.0 is available for $199 per server with unlimited domains.
"We have taken the feedback from hundreds of our customers and partners to deliver more robust management features to centrally and easily control databases, DNS, mail and domains on multiple Plesk servers," said Kurt Daniel, Vice President, Marketing and Alliances, SWsoft. "Plesk Expand 2.0 represents an opportunity for service providers seeking to reduce their operating costs and increase their bottom lines by managing growing numbers of Plesk servers more effectively."
