announced that their new Phoenix Data Center is fully operational.
According to the company, the addition of the Phoenix Data Center
enhances Syntellect's Hosted Services Group capability to provide
managed IVR and contact center solutions as well as disaster recovery
and avoidance services for their IVR and contact center customers.
Located in a facility that provides access to 40 telecommunication
carriers and Internet service providers, it offers truly carrier
neutral access for customers.
