HostGator will lease 1,700 additional servers in The Planet's Houston and Dallas data centers, essentially doubling its server portfolio.
The Planet, a dedicated hosting company, and HostGator,
a hosting provider, today announced that it has extended their business
relationship with the signing of customer transaction of the two
companies.
Through the terms of the agreement, HostGator will lease 1,700
additional servers in The Planet's Houston and Dallas data centers,
essentially doubling its server portfolio. Financial terms of the
transaction were not disclosed, says the company.
