The Planet, a webhosting provider and developers of ModernBill, the automation software company, announce the integration of The Planet's Insomnia365 Cortex game control panel into ModernBill. The Planet is also set to resell ModernBill as an add-on product to their dedicated game server line-up.

According to the company, the integration of Cortex in the ModernBill billing system provides everything a game hosting company needs to run a business including game management, network management, user management, and server management. The configuration of the cortex module in ModernBill can be setup within minutes of installing the system.

The ModernBill billing system provides full account control so administrators can easily create, delete, suspend and unsuspend accounts. Multiple billing cycles can be setup to accommodate daily, weekly, monthly and hourly invoicing. The Cortex module also gives ModernBill users the ability to do server load balancing customized to the game hosting company's specific needs.
