Server deployment, automated OS reload, and account transfers to be launched from "The Planet RealTime" initiative.

The Planet, a provider of hosting services and solutions, today announced it will soon debut the first solutions from its new "The Planet RealTime" program. These first solutions include rapidly deployed servers, instant operating system reloads, and automated account transfers, and will be available to The Planet's customers beginning Aug. 1, 2005.

"Through our RealTime initiative, we continue to develop technologies and solutions that provide the convenience, control and efficiency that customers want," said Bryan Lynn, vice president, product development at The Planet. "We are excited to bring yet another industry first to our customers, providing them with the most cost-efficient and fastest provisioned solutions in the industry."

The solutions were implemented by The Planet's product development team in response to customer requests for automated services and management tools that can be delivered instantly.
