Blake Rhodes will continue to serve as IceRocket's CEO following the closing of the acquisition of the search engine company by the web hosting provider.

Think Partnership Inc., a web hosting and web design company, today announced that the company has entered into a letter of intent to acquire IceRocket.com, LLC., an operater of a search engine that focuses on blogs and RSS.

IceRocket, based in Dallas, Texas, is co-owned by Internet communications magnate Mark Cuban and Chief Executive Officer Blake Rhodes. Blake Rhodes will continue to serve as IceRocket's CEO following the closing.

"I am thrilled that IceRocket is uniting with Think Partnership, enabling us to connect the huge and growing blogging community to the business opportunities and network provided by Think Partnership, especially Litmus Media's Valid Click network and PrimaryAds' affiliate marketing network," said Blake Rhodes.
