Cobweb Solutions, a provider of Microsoft Hosted Exchange and collaboration services and USA.NET, a provider of web hosting and Microsoft Hosted Exchange services, today announced that they have formed an alliance focused on continuing to provide operational excellence and the delivery of innovative services to customers.

According to the company, this alliance will benefit customers by accelerating the delivery of web-based next-generation messaging and communication services including advanced security, mobility, Unified Messaging, CRM and VoIP. The alliance will leverage the companies combined industry expertise, proprietary intelligence and R&D capabilities.

Discussions between Cobweb Solutions, based in Fareham, UK and USA.NET, based in Denver, began through the companies combined participation in Microsoft Corp's Hosted Messaging and Collaboration and Exchange Technology Adoption Programs for Hosting Partners. Microsoft TAPs are designed to enable Microsoft's partners to evaluate and adopt Microsoft technologies and deliver innovative solutions for the benefit of customers.
