Introduces Hosted Microsoft Exchange for Salesforce.com's AppExchange, an application-sharing service.
USA.NET, an eMessaging service provider and Salesforce.com, a provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, today announced Hosted Microsoft Exchange for Salesforce.com's AppExchange, an on-demand application sharing service.
USA Hosted Microsoft Exchange solution provides email, calendaring and collaboration services without having to install or maintain any onsite hardware or software, says the company. With AppExchange, Salesforce.com customers can access new applications and companies can add any number of new on-demand applications to their existing Salesforce deployments. USA.NET's on-demand email solution for AppExchange is available for test drive and deployment in conjunction with the Salesforce Winter '06 release.
"We see offering USA.NET solutions via the AppExchange as a wonderful opportunity to introduce Salesforce.com's large and growing install base to the benefits of hosted Microsoft Exchange," said David Ramon, President and Chief Executive Officer, USA.NET. "Our commitment to operational excellence, customer service, and years of experience hosting Microsoft Exchange for small to medium business customers is a natural fit with salesforce.com's customers."
"We are extremely pleased to be able to introduce our customers to one of the country's premier Exchange hosting providers, USA.NET," said Adam Gross, Director, Product Marketing, Salesforce.com. "Working with USA.NET to make Hosted Microsoft Exchange available via the AppExchange demonstrates Salesforce.com's commitment to help our customers achieve maximum business results with no software investment."
