VeriCenter Inc., a leading provider of managed hosting and enterprise IT services, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of certain assets of Sprint’s managed hosting business.

In the transaction, VeriCenter obtains world-class data centers in Boston, Atlanta, Dallas and Denver; premier business, education and government customers; and a team of highly-skilled technical employees.

Combining this acquisition with VeriCenter’s existing Houston-based managed hosting business makes VeriCenter an industry leader with more than $45 million in revenue, profitable operations and a national presence. VeriCenter provides enterprise-class managed hosting services to more than 400 businesses including many global leaders in industry sectors such as energy, entertainment, software, professional services and Federal government agencies.
