Xacti, provider of free software, announced the release of new Web Security Guard 4.5.5, a free powerful Internet threat prevention application that now incorporates Google and PhishTank databases. The company staes that the new version is accompanied by a new website with an enhanced design and information on 1,000's of websites, user ratings and reviews. It declares that users can now receive more accurate classifications about websites reported to be known for phishing, spyware, adware, viruses and spam.
