The data center services company acquired by Peak 10 in November 2004 will now operate under the name of its parent company.
Xodiax, a Peak 10 company and provider of managed services, collocation, hosting and connectivity, today announced that it will adopt the name of its parent company, Peak 10.
Peak 10 acquired Xodiax in November of 2004. The name change was made effective at the company's annual BBQ and Bandwidth Bash held on September 22, 2005. Peak 10 also previewed its new Louisville data center, it had expanded after six months of the Xodiax's acquisition, at the event. The new 25,000 square foot facility will be operational in mid-October.
"The change to Peak 10 completes our process of corporate transition that began with the merger of Peak 10 and Xodiax last year. Even though there has been a change in name, the people and the commitment we have to our customers and the Louisville market will remain the same," said Don Esterle, Vice President and General Manager, Peak 10 Louisville.
