Sedo Selects Nomer.com as Brazilian Strategic Partner
 

Sedo, a domain name reseller, has chosen the Brazilian company Nomer.com, an ICANN accredited registrar as its strategic partner in Brazil.

The alliance allows Internet users to consult, through Nomer.com's website, the over 6 million addresses in the database of registered domain names that are for sale through Sedo.com.br

“The best names to be registered are becoming rare.  As time passes, the tendency is for the secondary market to substitute the primary market in domain name registrations,” said Ricardo Vaz Monteiro, Executive Director of Nomer.com.

"Last year we have seen at Sedo an enormous growth in the Brazilian market, with more than one million registered domains, it is in fact our Latin Americas premier market. We believe our partnership with Nomer will help us to consolidate our presence in Brazil,"  said Antonio Marzo Director of the Spanish and Latin American division at Sedo.
