eApps Hosting Now Includes Postini Spam/Virus Filtering
 

eApps Hosting, a hosting provider, today announced that all their virtual private server hosting plans now include the award winning Postini Spam and Virus filtering service for mail users, at no additional cost.

The company states that its VPS hosting plans have always included an unlimited number of mailboxes, subject to the resource allocation constraints for the plan. Now with hosting it is offering Postini, which it believes is the most widely used commercial spam/virus filtering services, for all mailboxes used in the VPS service. It explains that Postini service is highly effective at filtering unwanted spam and virus infected mail without requiring a high degree of administration. The service quarantines unwanted mail messages prior to entering the eApps Hosting network, stopping spam and virus infected messages before they reach the customer's desktop or mobile mail reader.
