NEWARK, Del., -- HostMySite.com, a Delaware-based web hosting provider, announced plans to build its second data center located at 350 Pencader Drive in Newark, DE. HostMySite's new 12,000-square-foot facility is being designed to meet the demand for worldwide shared and dedicated web hosting services. The center will generate 50 new jobs for the greater Newark area.

The Flynn Company's Paul Bryant was the broker of record for the lease agreement. According to Mr. Bryant, the space was well suited for a technology center. "One of HostMySite's primary goals in selecting its new data center site was to have a facility that could handle the company's unique communications, power and security demands," Bryant said. "HostMySite.com has been a valued tenant of Flynn's for several years and the additional site provides a truly exceptional opportunity, ideal for an Internet/data-oriented operation."

The company plans to begin development of the new center in October. The state-of-the-art facility will have raised floors with downdraft forced-air cooling and redundant FM200 gas fire suppression systems. For backup protection, the center will boast a central battery backup system and diesel generators. This new site will allow HostMySite to dramatically increase the level of redundancy of its network by bringing in additional fiber optic connections. The site will be capable of supporting thousands of servers.
