Parallels Resells myLittleAdmin Tool
Parallels, a virtualization and automation company, today announced that it has signed an agreement with myLittleTools to resell myLittleAdmin for SQL Server 2005, the first web-based management tool designed for Microsoft SQL Server 2005. It states that the application enables service providers to manage most database and server objects - such as tables, views, programmability and security objects - through a web browser.
It explains that the support for myLittleAdmin is included with their Plesk Control Panel 8.3, the latest version of their multi-platform control panel designed to meet the needs of small-to-large hosting providers, resellers and end users. Further powered by patented technology, the software is easy to use and automates a large number of tasks that allow service providers and their customers to reduce operating costs while increasing efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. The Company states that its Open Platform enables hosting with their virtualization and automation technology through integration with a wide range of third-party applications and systems. The APS Standard, a key element of the platform, is used by independent software providers and service providers to seamlessly integrate applications to offer to the more than 10 million businesses and individuals that use Parallels products, says the company. "We are pleased to partner with myLittleAdmin on this database functionality for Parallels Plesk Control Panel users," said Serguei Beloussov, CEO of Parallels. "With competitive pricing and leasing options, Parallels is making it cost effective and flexible for service providers to integrate this web application with Parallels or other control panel software." "We understand how important it is to ensure integration of myLittleAdmin with a popular control panel like Parallels Plesk," said Elian Chrebor, founder of myLittleTools. "Through our technical and commercial relationship with Parallels, we now can offer myLittleAdmin to a larger segment of the hosting market at an attractive price." "It is important that our customers be able to view and manage their hosted SQL Server databases," said Kim Saunders, senior director of SQL Server marketing at Microsoft Corp. "myLittleAdmin helps companies spend less time worrying about their hosted environment and more time developing solutions for their business needs." |
