MonsterHosting.ca, a web development solutions provider, recently announced that it has released 'Reseller Backup Tool', a product designed to allow its reseller clients the option to create backups of their hosted files easily.

The company states that the Reseller Backup Tool allows customers to download their online files to their local hard drive to keep as a backup in case of an emergency. Users of the software enter in standard connection details, and schedule optional automatic backups and once the software is installed and setup, it creates full backups of destination sites and saves everything in a zip file.

The company is offering the tool free to its reseller clients and is also making it available for others.

"They will be able to make their own local copies of their files. This provides another layer of assurance beyond the backups we make,"said MonsterHosting.ca CEO, Lisa Jones. "The reseller tool can be purchased by non-resellers of MonsterHosting.ca online at ResellerBackup.com. Our tool is also available to hosts who wish to have a branded version to distribute to their own customers."
