KnownHost, a web hosting provider, today announced that it has moved all its equipment and customer base to Colo4Dallas. 

It says that all current customers have been successfully migrated a few weeks ago and new servers are ready to be filled. This upgrade will provide a better network, better performance, and better disaster recovery possibilities for their customers.

KnownHost's hardware specifications include Dual AMD Opteron's with 8 GB RAM in RAID-10 disk array. The new network consists of both Internap and Level 3. With the move, it will run several weekly promotions on all hosting packages.

"We feel this move is necessary in order to continually improve our service and support for our customers," says KnownHost's Marketing Director Elizabeth Winters. "This upgrade is the first of many that you will see from us in the near future."
