Dot VN Appoints Louis P. Huynh General Counsel
 

Dot VN, Inc, an Internet and telecommunications company and the official global domain name registrar, today announced the company has engaged Louis P. Huynh as the Company's General Counsel.

The company says that Mr. Huynh, who has a strong background in corporate governance and securities law, will be responsible for all legal matters, including developing policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of Dot VN's business practices. Further, Mr. Huynh will work with the company towards the completion and filing of a registration statement.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Huynh was an attorney practicing law with The Otto Law Group, PLLC, where he focused his practice on corporate finance, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions and corporate litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Huynh served as legal counsel to Viet Wah Trading, Inc.

Mr. Huynh is also a member of the Board for the Asian Counseling and Referral Service, a nationally recognized non-profit organization offering a broad array of human services and behavioral health programs to Asian Pacific Americans in King County. ACRS is the largest multi-service organization serving all the different Asian Pacific American communities immigrants, refugees and American born in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Huynh is admitted to practice law in New York, graduated with distinction from the university of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, claims the company.
