Rack-Soft Releases 4PSA VoipNow
Rack-Soft, a developer and integrator of server and data center software, today launched its 4PSA VoipNow for Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud. The company claims that the new software image built, supported, and maintained by it allows companies to deploy VoipNow, taking advantage of amazon cloud offer.
It states that VoipNow is an integrated communications system designed to provide advanced PBX services, while maximizing the opportunities offered by SaaS. The company also states that other companies deploying hosted PBX systems will save more money on hardware, licensing and maintenance costs, without sacrificing any feature available with on premises systems. It avers that in most cases, SaaS providers deliver all services, but it is not uncommon for the company to manage the system hosted on the infrastructure they trust. "The great advantage of the Amazon cloud is that you will have your application available very fast, without sacrificing availability, security or performance. The running costs and the possibility of sharing information with other systems on the Amazon platform are also important for companies. "The current global economic situation helps SaaS adoption because companies must reduce upfront investments and increase their flexibility. We are committed to provide our software in the packaging formats that simplify deployment in clouds. Currently, VoipNow is also prepared for VMware and Virtuozzo and we consider any platform that makes sense for our customers.", added Bogdan Carstoiu. |
