Rancho Santa Monica Developments Inc., a diversified development company and AptHost.com Communications USA Ltd, a provider of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated hosting services, today announced a partnership agreement with TheVisionWorld.com, a provider of web-based helpdesk software.

The company states that the announcement will allow it to offer Vision Helpdesk software to all reseller hosting clients, at no additional cost. It also states that Vision Helpdesk is newly released software, owned and operated by ThinkSoftwares.net. It avers that helpdesk software offers effective methods for managing emails, troubleshooting, news, downloads, etc.
