KnownHost, a web hosting provider, announced on Wednesday that it has partnered with Hyperspin Internet Services, an online solutions provider.
 
The company will provide its customer base with the Hyperspin service, based on its monitoring network which includes 11 monitoring stations. KnownHost services includes Linux cPanel shared and reseller hosting as well as cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin virtual private servers.

Hyperspin Internet Services, flagship web site and server monitoring service provides its customers with SMS and email updates of web site downtime, says the company.
   
"Being able to provide a 99.9 percent network uptime guarantee is very important to us and to our customers' Web sites," says KnownHost's Marketing Director Elizabeth Winters. "Hyperspin will notify us the second a server goes offline which allows us to fix the problem faster and communicate with our customer in a timely manner."
