Destra Appoints New CFO
 

Destra Corporation Ltd., an Internet and e-commerce company, today announced Richard Wingrove as their new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

Mr. Wingrove will begin his tenure on 28 November 2005 replacing Todd Richards. After three years at the financial helm, Todd Richards will be leaving the company after having overseen growth in Destra's operating revenues, exceeding 70 per cent year on year.

Wingrove has financial experience across a range of industries and organisations, and technical competence built over his initial 7 years with Coopers & Lybrand. He also played the role of Finance Director at DePuy International UK, where he has been an active participant in a range of initiatives supporting the achievement of financial targets. He has also spent five years in the SME telecommunications and technology sector.
